Select a user from the panel on the right side of the screen

If the find person is not on the screen, scroll down or click view more to see more users. For companies with many users, it is recommended to use the search button.

1. Click search button
2. Add any filter criteria you want
3. Click search button at the bottom of the criteria screen

Once the user you are looking for is on the screen, modify any value you want to change.

4. Change the following by checking or unchecking the box next to each of the following:

• roles
• companies
• offices
• accounts

After making the changes:

5. Click save
