Here are steps on how to properly deactivate or terminate an Office in darwin Cloud
- Go to Company
- Go to Office submenu
- Select the Company on the dropdown list
- Select the Office
- Enter terminated date using the calendar button
- Click save
NOTE: Once a certain office has been deactivated or terminated, it will no longer show on the dropdown list when darwin Cloud users try to add a new agents or move agents into another office, invoices, etc.
