Preview Work

To ensure the image looks crisp and is positioned correctly:

  2. Use the Zoom In tool at the top of the screen to inspect the logo or signature for clarity.
  3. If the image appears stretched or too small, return to the Design tab to adjust the dimensions of the merge field.

Pro-Tip

  • For the best results, ensure the image is in a high-resolution .png or .jpg
  • For signatures, a transparent background is recommended so it doesn't overlap the check lines awkwardly.
