What if Agent Net is greater than Adjusted Gross Commission

There may be times when adjustments made will generate a higher Agent Net commission than the amount of commission received.  To resolve this problem, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Properties menu
  2. Click Post submenu
  3. Post the transaction with incorrect data so that Agent net is less than AGCI
  4. Submit using the realtime submit button

If you belong to a franchise that reports to dash, your franchise will not allow you to submit records with Agent Net greater than AGCI.

  1. Unpost the Transaction
  1. Click Basics submenu
  2. Flag the property to be excluded from submission
  1. Go to Agent Net List/Sell
  2. Click on the check box to override the system and enter any correcting amount on the field to make the Agent net higher than the AGCI
  1. Go to Post submenu
  2. Click post
