To transfer escrow money from one transaction to another in darwin Cloud, the following steps should be used:

1. Click Properties menu
2. Locate the property using the search button
3. Click Escrow
4. Click reassign button
5. Choose the property company from the drop-down
6. Choose the bank account from the drop-down
7. Enter the current property address
8. Enter the change to property address
9. Click search
10. Select both deposit and check for transfer
11. Click reassign

Closed property and Escrow deposit and written check are both marked as cleared and reconciled.
