How do I Restrict a Commission Plan to a Single Company?

When creating a new commission plan, users have the option to restrict the plan to a single company.  

To set up this restriction:

  1. Click Formulas
  2. Click Comm. plans
  3. Click the click here to add a new row option at the top of the commission plan grid
  1. Type the name of the new plan
  2. Select the company from the company dropdown
  3. Click save

NOTE: Before clicking the save button, click the Tab key from your keyboard until the newly created plan has been added to the list

When a commission plan is assigned to a company, the commission plan will only appear on dropdown lists for that company. Therefore, it can only be assigned to agents within the specified company.

For agents within the specified company, the plan can be assigned as usual on the People > Commission tab of an agent's profile.

This setting can only be applied to new commission plans that do not have any agents assigned yet.
