Cause:

This error occurs when dash has already received the transaction with a closed status, and that there is a franchise fee/royalty fee payment posted on that record.

Fix:

Customer must confirm in epay (dash) that the transaction has been paid.

  • If yes (has already paid) - mark the property exclude from submission.
  • If no (has not been paid) - submit a ticket to [email protected] to have the Support Team review the issues.
