Cause:
This error occurs when the transaction is being rejected by dash because it is missing the "Income Received Date"
The "Income Received Date" is a field that is only filled in for transactions in Closed/Processed status. The field "Income Received Date" is a required field for:
- Other Income
- Referral
- Misc Incomes
- Rentals not in Active status
Other Income transactions cannot be submitted to dash unless they have been posted. Rentals can only be submitted as Active or Closed/Processed. Anywhere Real Estate Inc. does not accept submissions of rental transactions in "Pending" status.
Income Received Date is the post date for accounting.
Fix:
Try resubmitting the transaction after it has been posted, this should resolve the error and allow the transaction to submit successfully.
