Agents can print their own 1099 for this year - and any prior years!
On the tools menu in darwin Cloud, agents can print their own 1099. From the Tools menu, an agent clicks on the 1099 sub menu.
The most recently created 1099 appears and agents can print or re-print their 1099 whenever they want.
Using the drop down list at the top of the screen, they can select prior years and print those 1099 as well.
darwin Cloud for Agents lets the agents print their 1099 for themselves ! They can print the forms for any prior years too. Now, all that time your staff used to spend getting blank forms from office Depot. Then printing the forms out for each agent. Then stuffing envelopes, and mailing them.
To print Agent 1099:
- Click Tools menu
- Click 1099 sub menu
- Choose year from the drop down
- Check the print settings
- Click Print
