To Search for a Property in darwin Cloud
- Click the Properties menu
- Click the search button
Search by property address
- Type a portion of the property address
- Click the search button or press Enter
- Click on the correct property record to open
Add a status filter
When searching for a property, user may filter the search process by including the status.
- Type a portion of the property address
- Select the status of the property by checking the box from the drop-down list
- Click the search button
- Click on the correct property record to open
Tip: User can select multiple statuses.
Advanced filter options
- Click the search button
- Click the show advanced filter options hyperlink
- Select company from the drop-down list
- Select property type from the drop-down list
- Select accounting code from the drop-down list
- Select tr type from the drop-down list
- Click search
- Click on the correct property record to open
Filter by MLS ID, property ID and agent name
- Fill in the mls in the field under advanced filter options
- Fill in the property ID
- Enter agent name
- Click the search button or press Enter
- Click on the correct property record to open
Filter by date range
- Select the filter by date type from the drop-down list under advanced filter options
- Type the from date
- Enter the to date
- Click the search button
- Click on the correct property record to open
Tip: Users can use multiple filters at a time to narrow down the search.
Other advanced filter options like buyer name, seller name, etc., can be used to search a property record.
