Anyone can deliver documents into your property record by email
darwin.Cloud includes unlimited document storage. Anyone can add documents to a transaction. Agent can upload documents from their computer into a transaction. But anyone can add documents to a transaction by just emailing the PDF into the property address assigned to the property.
To add documents:
- Click Properties menu
- Search for the property address
- Click Documents submenu
- Click add document button
- Click Select files...
- Choose document/s to be uploaded
- Click Open
- Click Save
Each property in darwin Cloud has its own email address. Anyone can attach PDF files to an email that is sent to the property. The attachments get extracted from the email and stored within the property in darwin Cloud automatically.
To set email address for a property:
- Click hyperlink no email assigned next to email
- darwin Cloud will automatically suggest a chosen email address for the property based on the property address
- Click Check availability
- email is available will appear if email address is available for the property
- Click Save
