A new checkbox field has been added to the "Add License" and "Edit License" pop-ups within the People > Agent Basics submenu.
Functionality:

If the "Needs Transfer" checkbox is unchecked:
- No changes will be made to how the license displays

If the "needs transfer" checkbox is checked:
- The text "needs transfer" will be displayed on the agent’s license within the Agent Basics screen
- If the license is essential (as flagged in the Dropdowns → People → License Type screen), the agent’s name will appear in orange across all screens where their name is displayed
This update enhances visibility and tracking for licenses requiring a transfer, ensuring that essential licenses are highlighted appropriately across darwin Cloud.
- Click People menu
- Search for the agent's profile
- Click Agent Basics submenu
- Click plus + sign, next to licenses
- On Step 5, Check the box below if the license requires transfer
- Check off the box next to needs transfer
- Click add or save
- add for new license entries
- save for license entries
In reports: Agent License Info
- Click Reports menu
- In All reports, type and look for Agent License info
- Double - click Agent License info report
- Choose filter parameter for the report
- Choose Yes in license needs transfer
- Click preview
