REPORTS

A new section labeled "Transaction Fee Breakdown" was added to the broker of record copy of the Trade Record report. Provides a detailed breakdown of the additional charges associated with the transaction fee.

New columns have been added to the Agent Commission Basis Totals Report to enhance the level of detail provided in the report. These additional columns offer users more granular insights into commission calculations, making it easier to analyze and track commission-based earnings. By incorporating these specific data points, the report now provides a clearer breakdown of commissions, improving transparency and usability for darwin Cloud users.

COMPANY

The voucher entity will be updated to include additional merge fields related to Title Company and Mortgage information. These fields are already available under the Property Entity and will now be integrated into the Voucher Entity for enhanced accessibility and usability.

SETTINGS

A new submission setting has been introduced to exclude agent net from being submitted to Dash. This setting provides users with greater control over whether the agent net values are included in submissions, offering flexibility based on users needs.
