REPORTS

• We have added a new column referral %  in the "Closings by Agent" report. This addition allows you to track referral transactions. 

• In the "Closings by Agent" report, you are now able to select multiple options under the development filter parameter. 

• We have expanded the options for the Agent Commission Basis Level report. You can now add the following columns to your report:

  • agent side

  • pending commission

  • property address

  • property ID

  • estimated closing date

   

EMAIL CAMPAIGNS

• The "Pre closings" email campaign will show the amount of escrow held on the transaction.

• These additional merge fields have been added to campaigns:

  • {CobrokeAgentPhone}

  • {CobrokeAgentEmail}

  • {CobrokeOfficePhone}

STORE

• We have enhanced the notification agents receive whenever they place an order through the store. The notification will include the agent's office information and MLS number (for property listings). This enhancement will allow agents to easily reference the specific listing tied to their order, improving both clarity and communication during the process.
