New Enhancement: Smarter Voucher Notifications with Repost Filtering
What’s New?
A new condition—isReposted—has been added to Step 5: Entity Filter of the voucher notification process. This filter ensures that commission vouchers are only sent for original property postings, not for reposted listings.
Updated Workflow Overview
Send notification via email
Entity = Voucher
Event = Voucher is posted
Entity Filter includes:
property.PersonRole = Agent
isReposted = unchecked
Why It Matters
This enhancement helps eliminate duplicate notifications and ensures agents only receive commission vouchers for valid, first-time postings. It streamlines communication and reduces confusion, especially in high-volume listing environments.
Enhancement: Notification Entity Filter — No Property Revision Condition (Voucher Entity)
A new condition is now available in the Notification entity filter (Step 4) when the entity is set to Voucher. The 'no property revision' condition prevents the closing commission email from resending when a new voucher is posted on a revised property.
What’s new:
• New condition available in Step 4 Entity Filter for Voucher entity: no property revision | Equals | True/False
• When set to True, the notification does not resend when a new voucher is posted on a revised property.
• Prevents agents from receiving a duplicate closing commission email when a new voucher is posted for a revised property.
