Show Property Tasks on the Trade Record Report

  1. Open Trade Record Report settings
    1. Go to Reports.
    2. Select Manage Reports.

    3. In the Accounting section, filter for Trade Record Report (report ID 624).

  2. Adjust Hide Section Task parameter
    1. Find the parameter Hide Section Task at the bottom of the screen. Click the hyperlink to open the section.
    2. By default, the value is set to Yes (section hidden). Change the value to No to show the timeline tasks.

    3. Save your changes.

  3. Save and exit

    1. Save again before exiting the report manager to update the setting for your Trade Record Report.
