Agent teams are setup in darwin Cloud for reporting purposes.

You may also need your Agent teams to be setup with your franchise. Log into your franchise website to setup your Agent teams.  Darwin Cloud can deliver Agents to your franchise, but you need to log into your franchise website to link your Agent's together as a team.

To add Agents to a team in Darwin Cloud, you first need to create the team in Darwin Cloud.  Once a team has been created, you can add any Agent to any team.

1. click Dropdowns menu
2. click People sub menu
3. on the right side of the screen click: Agent Teams

To setup a new Agent team,

1. click on the field with the label: Click here to add a new row
2. Enter the name of new team. Click enter to save the team name to the bottom of the list
3. click save

Once the Teams are setup, you can add any Agent to any team.  Open the People screen and search for any Agent.

1. click Agent Basics sub menu
2. select an agent team from the drop down list
3. click save
