Each agent needs to have a commission plan assigned on their agent profile. If the commission plan uses a commission basis to CAP or graduate up (or down) a scale, a tracking total will need to be added as well.
- Click People
- Click search
- Select Agent from the drop-down list to limit people types in the search results
- Type some portion of the agent name
- Click search
- Click the name of the agent
Commission Plans
- click Commission
- click the hyperlink "none" to assign new commission plan to the agent
- select plan from the drop down list
- click save
Add deduction dollar amounts and percentages to an agent's commission profile
- click in the field to edit or delete the current percentage or dollar amount
- type in the desired dollar amount or percentage
- tab out of the edited field
- click save
To add a Total for a CAP plan or a graduated plan:
- click plus (+) button
- type in a portion of the total name
- check the box on the left of the total name
- click add
- select an option to save the tracking total
- click save
Tracking totals do not need to only be totals that will run a commission plan. Any total can be added to an agent's commission profile for a quick overview of production based on the totals assigned to the agent
Refresh Totals
The tracking totals can be refreshed either for a specific agent only or for all agents.
Refresh totals of a specific agent:
1. click the refresh totals button
Refresh totals for all agents:
1. go to Reports
2. click the REP Cubes
3. select the update type: incremental or full
4. click update totals
5. click run
6. once all records have been updated, click close
