How do I add an Agent Override (recruiter, manager, etc)

To add more data to an Agent profile, search for the agent record you want to modify.

  1. Click the People menu
  2. Click the search button to search an agent
  1. Type some portion of the agent name
  2. Select Agent from the drop-down list to limit People types in the search results
  3. Click search
  4. Click the name of the agent

Adding Overrides

  1. Click Overrides sub-menu
  2. Click the plus + button next to overrides
  3. Enter the applies to: information
  4. Enter the pay to: information

  1. Type some portion of the override name
  2. Select people type from the drop-down list to limit the search results
  3. Click search
  4. Click the name of the override

If the override is amount based:

  1. click amount $ field to enter the amount
  2. click add

If the override is a calculated percentage:

  1. Click percentage to fill in information
  2. Click the ellipsis (...) below based on
  3. Scroll and double click to choose the percentage of what formula or field is to be paid
  4. Click save

If the override has a limit:

  1. Enter limit $ (if applicable)
  2. Enter limit # (if applicable)
  3. Enter date range (if applicable)

If this override will only apply after a different override has reached its limit:

  1. Select the preceding override from trigger after this override drop down
  2. Set the amount in the limit $ for trigger override field

If the override is restricted to a specific state:

  1. Click the ellipsis (...) to edit advanced criteria
  2. double-click the merge field State, or enter the text [State]
  3. select an operator to define how the state restriction should apply: apply override to only a specific state (=), or do not apply override to a specific state (<>)
  4. type the 2-letter abbreviation for the state in single quotes
  5. if the restriction applies to multiple states: repeat the statement for each included state using "OR" (ex. [State] = 'MA' OR [State] = 'NY'), or repeat the statement for each excluded state using "AND" (ex. [State] <> 'MA' AND [State] <> 'NY')

When finished editing:

  1. Click save to complete setup
