There are two ways that a user can set the agent mobile number to show in dash:
Auto-filled when adding new agents
- Go to Settings menu
 - Click Setup
 - Go to application settings
 - Choose New agent default values
 - Look for Show mobile on internet, set the value to True
 - Click save
 
Manually set the agent mobile to show
- Click People menu
 - Click search
- a new window will appear, fill in accordingly
 
 - Click Agent Basics
 - Click the plus (+) button next to preferences
 - Select Show mobile phone on profile
 - Click save
 - Click submit
