1. Click the Properties menu at the top of the screen and search for any property
2. From the searched property, click the Agent Net Sell/List sub-menu
3. The screen shows the gross commission of the agent and;
4. Agent Commission minus the following deductions.

To deduct an amount the agent owe to the company,

1. Click the refresh symbol button to add a Bill Deduct.
2. darwin Cloud will calculate the Bill Deduct field for the balance that the agent owes to the company and;
3. the Agent Commission will adjust automatically.

1. User can choose to not deduct the full amount that the agent owes to the company - then the agent bill will not be paid in full and the Agent Commission will be higher. For instance, $448.86 is the the amount the agent owe to the company.

To enter the amount manually in the Bill Deduct field,

1. Check the box in Bill Deduct
2. Enter $100 as the amount 
3. then hit save
4. The Agent Commission will update automatically from the previous amount
