1. Click the Properties menu and search for the property
2. Click the Commission submenu
3. Listing commission
4. Selling commission

The page shows the total amount for listing commission and selling commission. There is no amount for the transaction fees on both list and sell sides.

To add a transaction fee for the list and sell sides

1. Enter the amount of transaction fee on the list side
2. Enter the amount of transaction fee on the sell side
3. Click the save button

The transaction fees entered will be saved in the page

1. The amount entered for transaction fees from Commission screen will reflect in the Post submenu
2. And will be added to the balance due total

If the user forgot to enter the transaction fees in Commission submenu, the user may enter the transaction fees in the Post submenu.

1. Enter the amount of list/sell side transaction fee in the field
2. Click the save button
3. The transaction fees entered will be saved and be added to the total balance due
