Almost all of the dropdown lists in darwin Cloud are fully customizable. Each dropdown will need a code value and then the label that users will see when choosing a dropdown item in the UI.
To customize a dropdown list in darwin Cloud
- Click Dropdowns menu
 - Click Properties submenu
 - On the right side of the screen, select the dropdown that needs to be customized
 - Under code value tab, click - click here to add a new row
 
- Enter a code that is closest to the customization being done
 - Click the field and enter the verbiage that needs to added on the dropdown list to choose from the UI, then click tab
- new code will appear at the bottom of the list
 
 - Click save
 
Dropdowns menu items can also be deleted, as long as the item isn't being used somewhere in history records.
- Click Properties/People submenu
 - On the right side of the screen, select the dropdown that needs to be customized
 - Click the item that needs to be deleted
 - Click trash bin icon to delete
 - Click save
 
Customizing the dropdown lists can be done for Properties and for People dropdown items.
Please repeat the same steps in the People submenu and explore the options.
