Enable Default Settings when Adding New Agent or Employee (copied)

darwin Cloud allows the user to set default settings for newly added agents and employees.

NOTE: There are six settings that can be set as defaults

  1. Do Not Contact - agent/employee will not receive correspondences from Anywhere (Realogy) after the setting has been submitted to their dash profile
  2. Full time -  agent/employee will be designated as a full time agent in darwin Cloud and in dash
  3. Gets 1099 - agent/employee will be set up to receive a 1099 in darwin Cloud
  4. Send Mail - agent/employee will have the option to receive a password reset email in dash
  5. Show on internet - agent/employee will be set to display on Anywhere (Realogy) company websites
  6. Show mobile on internet - agent's/employee's mobile number will be displayed on dash websites

To update the default settings for new agents take these steps:

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click Setup submenu
  3. Click application settings
  4. Select New agent default values
  5. Choose under description (Do Not Contact) the field that needs to change the value (True or False)
  6. Click save

 

To update the default settings for new employee:

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click Setup submenu
  3. Click application settings
  4. Select New employee default values
  5. Choose under description (do not contact) the field that needs to change the value (true or false)
  6. Click save

NOTE: In all cases, the profile must be submitted successfully to dash before any dash-end settings will be updated.
