There are number of reports user may see when you log into darwin Cloud. The following is a list of common agent reports that may be found and what user should expect to see when running a report.
- Basic Listing Report: List of your current Active Listings
- Pending Transactions by Agent: List of your transactions that have the status "Pending". The contract for sale has been signed and the transaction is waiting to close. This list can be filtered by date range by the estimated closing date.
- Buyer & Seller List: List of your clients and the details that you provided about each one (details can include email address, forwarding address, source of business, etc.). This report can be filtered by a date range, if it's only buyers or only sellers that you want to see and other preferred parameters. This report can be downloaded into excel then upload into any CRM you may have.
- Agent Billing Statement: If your company is set up for agent billing with AccountTECH, this report will give you a running total of agent expenses and Total Due. The report can be run by date range.
- Commission Breakdown: This report shows the details of your closings with a breakdown of your deductions for each property.
- Closing by Agent: This report will show a list of your closings that you may filter by date range, buyer/seller source, and you may even include or exclude rentals and referrals.
Each Brokerage may customize the report names so you may not see the exact name as seen above
