To record a manual deposit (a deposit that is not waiting in the undeposited funds)
- Go to Banking
- Click Deposit
- Click new
- Choose the company from the dropdown
- Choose the correct bank account from the dropdown
- Enter the deposit date using calendar or type numeric date
- Click start
- Click in the line that says click here to add a new row
- Choose account to credit deposit to from the dropdown list
- Click in description field and add a description of the deposit
- Choose office to credit deposit to from office drop down
- Enter $ amount of first deposit item
- If there are more items to add to the deposit that are not in undeposited funds, click in the click here to add a new row and repeat steps 1-5
- Click post
