How do I Record a Manual Deposit

To record a manual deposit (a deposit that is not waiting in the undeposited funds)

  1. Go to Banking
  2. Click Deposit
  3. Click new
  4. Choose the company from the dropdown
  5. Choose the correct bank account from the dropdown
  6. Enter the deposit date using calendar or type numeric date
  7. Click start
  1. Click in the line that says click here to add a new row
  1. Choose account to credit deposit to from the dropdown list
  2. Click in description field and add a description of the deposit
  3. Choose office to credit deposit to from office drop down
  4. Enter $ amount of first deposit item
  5. If there are more items to add to the deposit that are not in undeposited funds, click in the click here to add a new row and repeat steps 1-5
  6. Click post
