Users can edit and delete a template in Bills menu by following the instructions below.
- Go to Bills
 - Click Enter Bills
 - Click search
 - Choose company from the dropdown list
 - Choose Yes beside "is template"
 - Click search
 
To edit the template name
- Click recurring setup tab
 - Check the box next to save this payable as a template
 - Change the name of the template
 - Click the check button
 
To delete a template
- Click recurring setup tab
 - Unheck the box next to save this payable as a template
 - Unchecking the box will automatically delete the template name
 
If user wish to view the list of templates that are created, please see instructions below:
- Go to Bills
 - Click Enter Bills
 - Click new
 - Choose company from the dropdown list
 - Check the box next to do you want to use a template?
 - Click the template dropdown
