If a Custom Report has been created and saved in darwin Cloud and cannot be located in the system, check the user's role. Ensure that the report has been enabled for the user's darwin Cloud role.
Whenever a Custom report has been created but it is not showing on the list of reports, that is because the user role does not have permission to see the report.
To give permission to the role:
- Click Security
- Click Roles
- Select a role to authorize and view the report
- Click reports
- Whichever role is selected, note that the newly created custom report is under the not allowed. Check the box next to that custom report to make it allowed for the role
- Click save
repeat this step for every role that needs access to the custom report
