Darwin Cloud

Reports Overview

Updated on

Reports in darwin Cloud are flexible, customizable and "saveable" in a way unlike any Real Estate management software has ever offered. Our newest software has fewer reports than our current AccountTECH software - yet limitless report possibilities.

All of the reports in darwin Cloud allow users to modify the report content to show only the data the needs. Not only can users select a date range, but now users can select which date type to use: listing date, pending date, estimated closing date, etc. Users can also filter for all companies combined or have the report create separate subtotals for each of the companies.  Users can filter by Office, Agent, Status, Lead Source, etc., the possibilities are endless.

See all the data you care about - and nothing else

Using darwin Cloud, the user can now select which columns of data will appear in reports and which columns will not be included.

When the user first opens a report to select criteria; darwin Cloud has pre-selected the columns which AccountTECH thinks users are most likely to view. User can simply add date range and click preview to see the report. But user will also see a list of all the columns that ARE NOT included in the report by default. User can select any of these columns of data to add in the report and user can deselect items that would rather not appear in the report.

Understanding Report grouping

In darwin Cloud, user can modify the grouping, so that the totals you are most interested in - will show on the screen as soon as the report opens.

For instance, a typical report grouping is to organize reports by office, then by agent.

And from this grouping, you can expand to see the details for the Agent totals.

With the same data, if grouped Lead Source instead of Office is used, user gets totals that look like this:

Create & Save own reports, then share them with others

User can get exactly the report they want by selecting just the filter criteria the user prefers and user can further personalize reports by showing or hiding just the columns they want to see. Then user can save settings with any report name applicable and use that report repeatedly in the future.

Combine custom reports with Roles to give Agents and Managers exactly the information that you want them to have.

In darwin Cloud, the security model has evolved. With darwin Cloud security management features, users can define Roles (Front desk, Agent, Accounts Payable, Manager) and determine the reports for each role.  User decides who sees which reports and can customize Manager and Agent reports any way it is preferred.
