Execution Timeout Expired

Updated on

Cause

The error "Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding." occurs when there is an error or data overload on the dash servers at the time when a transaction is submitted from darwin Cloud.

Fix

Usually, this error is caused by a temporary error.  Resubmitting the transaction, even without making any adjustments, should allow the property to submit successfully.

Additional Considerations

If the same error is occurring repeatedly for the same person or property record, and the submissions were more than 1 hour apart, there is likely another factor causing this submission failure. Please contact [email protected] and provide the Person ID or Property ID, as well as a screenshot or description of the error for review.
