Cause:

This error occurs in two scenarios:

• when changing the property status from Active to Pending and the est close date field is not filled in
• when changing the property status from Active to Pending and filled out both pending date and est close date fields but still receive this error

How to fix:

First scenario

1. Click ok
2. Fill out the est close date
3. Click save

Second scenario

1. Click ok
2. Go to other menu or submenu (this is to refresh the screen)
3. Go back to Property > Basics
4. Fill out the est close date
5. Click save
