Agent Payments error: The First Name or Last Name entered doesn't match with the Agent's name

When adding or updating an agent payment information in darwin Cloud, there are fields that need to be filled out.

The error "The First Name or Last Name entered doesn't match with the Agent's name" means that the agent information that was entered in darwin Cloud's Tools menu needs to match exactly with the information in darwin Cloud - People basics submenu, including the capitalization.

To fix:

  1. Click Tools
  2. Click Manage People
  3. Enter a portion of the agent's name
  4. Click Search button
  5. Click hyperlink Setup with: None
  6. Enter agent's first name and last name as it was entered in People basics screen
  7. Enter ACH information
  8. Click Save

This is how the agent's first and last name was entered in People basics screen

NOTE: The address information and phone number that will be entered in Agent Payments should also be the same as how it was entered in People basics screen.
