Cause:

This error occurs when a listing is expecting a numeric values for lot size and building area; an integers values for whole, half and quarter bathrooms and bedroom; a year format values for year built and tax year.

Fix:

1. Click Properties menu
2. Use the search button to locate the property
3. Go to Basics
4. Check the lot size, building area, bathrooms, bedrooms, year built and tax year
   • Correct the values to numeric or integers
5. Click save
6. Click submit (real-time submission)
