dash Permanently blocked records

There are some records for Listings, Pendings, Closed Transactions, Agents & Employees that are permanently blocked from ever being allowed to submit to dash.  

Here is the current list of items that may never be submitted to dash:

  • records that previously had a business rule error or Required field error, and have not been modified since
  • records that previously received the Business Rule error: Canceled Transactions may not be updated
  • records that may not be updated if they are already paid in e-Pay
  • records that previously received the Business Rule error: Deleted listings may not be updated
  • records that previously sent to dash as a Pending or Closing may never be transmitted to dash as an Active Listing
  • records that were changed to status: Canceled without being previously being transmitted to dash as status: Pending
  • records that previously received the Business Rule error: Transaction is locked down for UPDATE. Please contact Ops Team for update
  • records that previously received the Business Rule error: Cannot update an Audited transaction.
