Cause:

This error occurs when the virtual tour next to the property photos in darwin Cloud is using an incorrect combination of media format to media category.

It is an invalid combination if the URL (media format) categorized as 3D Video (media category) when it should be URL categorized as Virtual Tour.

To fix

  1. Go to Properties
  2. Go to Basics submenu
  3. Click search
  4. Enter a portion of the address, click enter
  5. Click the property address
  1. Click Media Stream submenu
  2. Find the video next to the photos, click the pencil icon to modify
  3. Choose Virtual Tour from media category  dropdown list
  4. Click Save

Re-submit the listing record in Dash

  1. Click submit
Previous Article Business Rule Violation(s) has occurred. :Multiple Open Houses cannot be on same datetime
Next Article (RFE) Validation Failed. The 'OfficeGuid' element is invalid - The value '1111' is invalid according to its datatype 'String' - The Pattern constraint failed.
