Cause:
This error occurs when one of the roles of person's profile is assigned to the office that has an invalid Office Guid.
This will happen if the Dash customer have non Dash offices and added office GUID like: 1111 or 9999 temporarily to the office table so it will allow to submit the person record in Dash.
To fix it:
- Go to People
- Search for the person's record
- Click Agent basics
- List down all the offices assigned to that person's role/positions
Check what assigned offices has an invalid office GUID
- Go to Company
- Click Office
- Select Company name
- Click the Office name
- Look at the office GUID
If it will show an invalid Office GUID, go back to person's profile and remove the office for that role to be able to send the record to Dash.
- Go to People menu
- Click Agent basics
- Click the position that needs to be removed
- Click delete button
- Click yes - to delete the position
- Click submit
