Pending transaction not updating in Dash

Cause:

This happens when a property status in darwin Cloud is updated from Active to Pending and the data sent to Dash is showing pending but the status in Dash is still Active.

NOTE: Dash error no longer occurs during the submission since the transaction is successfully submitted using the listing template, and will show active in the listing side but there is a market as "under contract".

To fix:

  1. Go to Properties
  2. Click Basics
  3. Fill in pending date and est close date
  4. Fill in selling price and commission price
  5. Fill in the list agent field
  6. Click save
  1. Go to Commission
  2. Enter our seller commission information
  3. Confirm the adjusted list commission is entered
  4. Click save
  5. Click submit
