This is a business rule that prevents AccountTECH from sending updates to records that have been "locked" in dash.

Cause:
This error occurs when trying to update a property that was submitted, closed, and paid in Dash for over 3 months.

Two ways to fix:

I. If an update is not required to be submitted to Dash, exclude it from submission

  1. Go to Properties
  2. Go to Basics submenu
  3. Click search button to locate the property
    • another window will appear, fill in the information
  4. Checked box next to submission to exclude from submission
  5. Click save

II.  If the recent update on the transaction needs to reflect in Dash, contact Dash/Anywhere Real Estate Inc.
