Cause:
This error occurs by a mismatch between the listing classification and property type.
Commercial lease income transactions should have the following information:
- Type code: Commercial
- Accounting code: Commercial Lease
- Property type: Commercial-Other (C)
To fix:
Update the Commercial properties information
- Go to Properties menu
- Click Basics submenu
- Use search button to locate the property
- Change the property type to Commercial-Other (C)
- Click save
