Controlling Spotlight visibility.  Spotlights allow you to set visibility of specific Spotlights to specific roles in your company.

Spotlight Security and Visibility

For every job at your company, there are different measurements that are used to track success. The role that you have in the company determines "what you keep track of ... " and what you prioritize.  Now with darwin Cloud Spotlights, you can create dashboards (we call them Spotlights) that are specific to the needs of people in your organization.

Each user can have their darwin Cloud login customized to show them just the information they need to succeed at their job. As a broker/owner or HR department manager, you could also use spotlights to show staff the metrics you are using to measure their job performance.

Different people in your organization might have a need for different spotlights. And, for security reasons, you may not want everyone to see every spotlight.

  1. When you first log in to darwin Cloud, user may see the spotlights button disabled.

Let's start by setting the security to be able to see spotlights.

NOTE: Security is set at login. So, after changing the security, log out the log back in to darwin Cloud again.
