Users can now have a way to control the setup of Agent Spotlights
Users with permission to Spotlights Setup should be able to determine which features of the Agent Spotlights are displayed
Allow Agent Spotlight items to be hidden/displayed in settings
- Click Company
- Click Spotlights setup sub menu
- Choose from spotlight list
- Click edit
- Choose whether active or disable the spotlight
- Click save
- Users should only be able to select from Graphs, KPI and widgets that already exist on the screen - the setup screen should exclude items that are not currently available to agents
- Spotlight Groups should be disabled for Agent spotlights - they should only have one tab of spotlights available
