Search Filter Flow

The date range for searching vouchers, invoices, banking checks, and deposits has been automated for a 3-month search limitation.

On the search screen, entering voucher #, clears other filter fields, this enables darwin Cloud to generate faster and precise information

On the search screen, entering inv / PO #, the screen will remove the requirement to fill in company or date range

Other filter options are cleared but user can fill them in, if needed.

On the search screen, if user only selects company, filter will be limited to the date range.

Use the "-" minus and "+" plus sign to adjust the date to every three-month range.

On the search screen,  when searching for a vendor, date range is not auto populated, user can add date range (maximum of 3 months), if needed. But the screen will not require to fill in company or date range.

On the search screen, if user selects only a string value in the memo/description field, date range is not auto populated, user can add date range (maximum of 3 months), if needed. But the screen will not require to fill in company or date range.

On the search screen, if user selects posted = No, date range is not auto populated, user can add date range (maximum of 3 months), if needed. But the screen will not require to fill in company or date range.

Date from and to can be changed but not to more than 3-month range. This enables darwin Cloud to generate faster and precise information for the user.
