DASHBOARD
In SPOTLIGHTS, the chart settings exhibited performance issues, and the functionality for sorting charts by drag and drop intermittently experienced freezing has been addressed and resolved.
PROPERTIES
- The issue that caused frustration among users when the screen remained stuck on the loading phase under the Agent Net List submenu has been successfully resolved.
- It was reported that the tax detail for the HST Paid in extra voucher was calculating only half of the 13% amount. The tax amount for each voucher in the Post screen is calculated based on the "tax collected" and not by multiplying the voucher amount by the tax rate.

Typically, the software automatically calculates the tax collected amount; however, this amount can be modified in the Property Commission screen by replacing the existing tax collected amount with a new one. After removing the fixed amount, the tax collected will be recalculated, ensuring that the vouchers in the Post screen display the correct $ amount.

- In the "Properties > Basics" section, the Commercial Sale option is currently displaying the new Commercial Lease basics screen.
- When accessing the People submenu under Properties > People, darwin.cloud did not display the buyer/seller information as expected has been resolved.
SALES
When attempting to add a new invoice using the template in the Sales > Invoices section, the Company filter was not functioning as expected has been resolved.
BILLS
The update to the 3-month search limitation for accounting search modules now includes auto-filled results from the last 3 months, representing a notable improvement.

REPORTS
In the Reports > Commission Breakdown section, the Commission Breakdown report's total sides, initially displayed as a dollar amount, are now shown as a number.
TOOLS
We have identified an issue with the REMAX franchise reporting system where no records are showing despite closings taking place. This discrepancy has been resolved.
