The Agent Basic Info Report is being updated with new filter parameters and available columns to enhance data retrieval and user experience. These improvements will allow for better categorization and segmentation of agent information.
New Filter Parameters (with Multi-Select Functionality)
To improve filtering and reporting, the following parameters are being added:

Areas of Specialization
- Functionality: Allows users to filter agents based on their expertise
- Multi-Select: Users can select multiple specializations at once

Designation
- Functionality: Enables filtering based on an agent’s job title or role
- Multi-Select: Users can apply multiple designations as filters
New Available Columns
Users can now include the following columns in the report to provide deeper insights into agent information:
