The Dashboard has many options for customizing what is visible or not depending on your business priorities.
Show and Hide Board items
To control what shows on the Dashboard
- Click Dashboard
- Click Preferences - still under construction
Then check any items you would like to add to the dashboard for all users who have access to the dashboard
Uncheck any items you want hidden from the dashboard for all users who have access to the dashboard
Click save after the changes made
You can filter the list by section
You can filter by title
Settings that effect the board
There are a couple of settings that effect variables are used on some of the board items
Upcoming Expiration: User can control the number of days before the expiration date an active listings show on this report.
To set this preference
- Click Settings
- Click Setup
- Click application settings tab
- Select Feeds
- Update "Number of day in the future they want to see when Active properties are due to expire" to be the number of days before the expiration to show on the Upcoming Expirations dashboard report
- Click save
Listing Guestimated Expire Date: User can control the number of days added to listings where we do not get the expire date from the MLS
To set this preference
- Click Settings
- Click Setup
- Click application settings tab
- Select Feeds
- Update "Number of Days to add to Active Listing" to be the number of days in the future to set the Expire date to when it is blank in the feed
- Click save
Other Preferences that can be set under Feeds

Update status to Expired and log change
- Controls if the the status is automatically changed from Active to Expired when the expire date is past

Status Change # of days
- Controls then number of days of status changes that are displayed on the board

Status conflict # of days
- Controls then number of days of status conflicts from feeds that are displayed on the board
- Active in Feed, closed in darwin Cloud: would be an example of a status change that the feed is not allowed to make (from Closed to Active)
