How do I Search for a property in darwin Cloud?

To Search for a Property in darwin Cloud

  1. Click the Properties menu
  2. Click the search button

Search by property address

  1. Type a portion of the property's address
  2. Click the search button or press Enter
  3. Click on the correct property record to open

Add a status filter

When searching for a property, you may filter the search process by including the status.

  1. Type a portion of the property address
  2. Select the status of the property by checking the box from the drop-down list
  3. Click the search button
  4. Click on the correct property record to open

Tip:  User can select multiple statuses.

Advanced filter options

  1. Click the search button
  2. Click the show advanced filter options hyperlink
  3. Select company from the drop-down list
  4. Select office from the drop-down list
  5. Select property type from the drop-down list
  6. Select accounting code from the drop-down list
  7. Select tr type from the drop-down list
  8. Click search
  9. Click on the correct property record to open

Filter by MLS ID, property ID and agent name

  1. Fill in the mls in the field under advanced filter options
  2. Fill in the property ID
  3. Enter agent name
  4. Click the search button or press Enter
  5. Click on the correct property record to open

Filter by date range

  1. Select the filter by date type from the drop-down list under advanced filter options
  2. Type the from date 
  3. Enter the to date 
  4. Click the search button
  5. Click on the correct property record to open

Tip: Users can use multiple filters at a time to narrow down the search. 

Other advanced filter options like buyer name, seller name, escrow #, broker ref #, etc., can be used to search a property record.
