When a property is listed in the MLS database and but did not get included with the batch feeds, a user can pull the property information manually. Follow the steps below:

1. go to Properties
2. go to Basics
3. click new
4. select add property from feeds
5. click start
6. choose the feed from the drop-down
7. enter the MLS number in search by
8. click pull

Property will now be searchable in the list of properties.
