Berkshire Hathaway: How do I Move an Agent to a New Office?

When an agent moves to a new office, it is important to make sure that the agent's office is updated in both darwin Cloud and the BHHS REsource Center.  If the office in the darwin Cloud export does not match the office in the BHHS REsource Center, the record will not sync correctly.

First, log into the BHHS REsource Center, and change the agent to the new office

Next, update the agent's office in darwin Cloud:

  1. Click People
  2. Click People links
  3. Use the search button to locate agent profile
    • a new window will appear, enter a part of the agent's name
  4. Select the new office from the office dropdown list
  5. Click save
  6. Prior office will appear on the prior offices field

After the agent is moved, the agent's production will begin to report under the new office during exports.
