Canceling a pending property and reactivate it Back on the Market as an active/current listing.
Once user is on the property to to Reactivate:
- Unlock and change status to Cancelled
- Add the cancel date
- Choose the cancel reason from dropdown
- Click save
- Click yes
To double check the reactivated listing
- Enter the property address
- Click search
Properties will show with some different information to differentiate each other:
- MLS for cancelled property has -CA
- Property id are different
- Cancelled property has pending date
Reactivated listing has
- Expire date is automatically calculated
- Flagged as "this is a duplicate record"
