Cause:
This error occurs when there are more than one photo attached to the agent record and reached the maximum media count. It should be one photo per agent.

Fix:

Remove the agent's photo in darwin Cloud:

1. Po to People menu
2. Click search button

3. Type the portion of the agent's name
4. Click search
5. Click the agent's name to open profile

6. Click Web Profile submenu
7. Click the delete button above the photo
8. Click submit
